It's Kaley's freshman year of college and she's excited to have rented a house with her best friend. However, after moving in, she quickly realizes that her new place is far from normal. Especially after she meets the ghost of the house's former resident and comes across a mysterious black book that promises to grant her desires. At first, Kaley tries to ignore the strange occurrences of the house, but after a blind date gone wrong, she decides to use the book to conjure up her perfect man.
